Because like the Vroc3, VAviar and now PDx, I think the plan is to keep them as fundraisers only (for now). People will continue to pay the 19.99 for them each year with a new stamp. But I only see this lasting a season or two.

Windy and rainy here today, but still managed to get a few throws in with the PDX. In the hand it feels closer to a PD, but I'd put the flight path as a shorter PD2 rather than a longer PD. Always hooked up pretty hard at the end of the flight, not quite Firebird level fade for me, but I'd still call it a 3.5 instead of a 3. Glide was roughly on par with a CPD. Once the weather clears up I plan on taking out my PD2s and PDs as well and seeing how they all stack up distance wise.

What color PDx are you tossing?
I'd be ok if it wasn't longer than the pd. And be really happy if faded more at the end of the flight as well.
But 20 bucks is a lot for a disc that will be regular production. And right now with the cold weather champion plastic stuff is not making the bag. Why didn't they release this in G line!

I think it's too fast to be considered a fairway driver. It's pretty quick, but the overstability of it does limit it's distance potential. It feels like a wider rimmed PD, but flies like a domey bubble rimmed PD2. These perceptions are all based off the one that I'm throwing currently, which has more dome than any other I've seen so far.

Nothing unusual. Top looks like it could be the same as in PD, bottom is concave and PLH is high.

Other than the rim being a bit wider, it does look quite a bit like a PD.

I was throwing a purple one at the time, had a noticeable amount of flashing so we'll see how the flight changes as that wears in. I've got a blue one I haven't thrown yet, I hadn't even thought of the potential differences in flight between colors.

from what I've heard and what I finally felt and saw with my own eyes, it's looks like a monster with the pd top.
Not sure why they would do the monster like disc since that's not really a popular disc. I was almost convinced it was going to be a DM max.

I don't think Pink was an option in the original release, but I could be wrong. I remember Blue, Purple, Smoke, Orange and Yellow-Green. I snagged a couple of X-Out Pinks though the other day. Hoping that these have less dome/poptop to them that the clear one I'm throwing right now.

My purple one has mega flashing too almost like a mini bead. Will have to shave it down lest it shaves my fingers down. Esp forehand that feels nasty to grip. Looking fwd to testing this out on Monday. Pretty good idea what it will do and I have no need/want to mix up my bag setup as it is. But I have a "travelling disc" idea for this one instead.
I got a video on my instagram showing the flight characteristics. I'd say it's a faster and a bit more stable PD. Length wise between PD2 and the PD. Comfortable rim and a mild dome to it. I'll try it out more. The video is in the link below.

That vid is Not too promising on the flight for me,I didn't think it would have much if any turn. Especially in a right to left wind
Lol it looks like he bombed it pretty stinking far. I don't know what kind of power you have but I'm sure I wouldn't see that kind of turn

the swedish national tour champion can assuredly throw some booming drives. disc looks and sounds plenty overstable to me. by more stable pd, do you mean less overstable?
