[Discraft] The Undertaker??

9/5/-1/2... Sounds closer to a Valkyrie or Thunderbird than a TeeBird.

not stability wise but i guess speedwise yes, valk is much flippier and a thunderbird is way more stable. i don't throw innova really and the teebird comparison came from my friend who loves teebirds and throws them a lot. from my experience the undertaker feels more like a low speed driver with a lot of glide than a high speed driver. not super quick out of the hand but can go a long way. its a pretty neutral flight but will fade with hyzer release. i'm impressed with its ability to resist over-flipping when given some OAT. i don't feel that it's as stable as infinitediscs rates it, at least at my arm speed

The rim is narrower than those the thunderbird, viking, and avenger in hand despite the published 1.9 spec so speed 8. Fits right in the stable and straight, crazy comfortable, great glide, reliable, go-to teebird slot! You won't have problems turning it over, it has ideal overstability for it's class. Perfect disc! 8/5/0/2

What a misleading name then...Undertaker....and it doesn't go under- stable. Great flight #'s and it looks and feels nice. I haven't thrown one, but have checked em out at a pro shop. Discraft needs to change the way they label discs really....its the one thing about discraft that bugs me. that and the stability numbers are misleading with speed of disc. but oh well, a good disc ifs a good disc.

Loving this disc, reminds me of a saint pro.

What kind of distance are you getting out of the Saint Pros and the Undertaker?

Just trying to get an idea what kind of power ya got :D to make a comparison to what a noodle arm might expect from the 'Taker flight wise.

HAHA! This noodle arm is wondering the same thing...

About 300 on a medium-firm shot, 350ish on a manly shot but I rarely choose it for such a long shot unless the hole is very straight. I usually release it with about 5 degrees hyzer and it doesn't turn over. An ideal undertaker hole for me is a 320 bh drive that I need to throw straight for a pretty long time then fade a healthy amount left. This disc has goldilocks stability.

Maybe the most comfortable in the hand disc I have ever felt. It has such a nice feeling, sturdy grip which for me equals stronger more accurate lines. Can carve up any line you want and go arrow straight when you want to rip it. Really just feels like the perfect ultimate utility disc you can imagine doing anything with. If this gets molded in FLX...wow.

I tried mine for the first time yesterday. Went to the park by my self with the plan to throw if for science. Ran into some guys and played a round instead.

I used it 3 times and each time a birdie was my reward. Very point and shoot for me 280 - 300' holes that I would use either a PD or Eagle normally.

I think the Undertaker will be a keeper that would fit for me between the PD and Eagle.

I also did a hyzer shot with it and it was stable enough to hyzer strong but on straight shots flew dead straight with only a slight fade to the basket.

This disc was in my players' pack at BG Ams. My bag is dialed in and I'm not looking to add anything at the moment. If anyone wants one, PM me!

How would u guys compare this to The Rival from legacy?

Very very similar, but a little more OS than any rival I've had. I have a couple first runs and a pop top pinnacle. I always loved teebirds, eagles, rivals, and saint pros and I like this disc just as much. It's Discraft's long awaited TB.

Why does infinite have it labeled as a speed 14?

Undertaker Dimensions:

Diameter: 21.1 cm
Height: 1.9 cm
Rim Depth: 1.2 cm
Rim Width: 2.0 cm
Max Weight:175.00 g
Additional Information:

Speed: 14.0
Glide: 5.0
Turn: -3.0
Fade: 2.0
Primary Use: Control Driver
Stability: Understable

Infinite now has it at 9,5,-1,3 which would put it on par with an OLF.
Just picked up a couple of these today but didn't have a chance to throw them, yet.
Based on the profile, though, they look more like a faster FD (which would be cool with me).

Played a round with this disc and I love it.
Was getting an extra 25ft out of it than expected, feels awesome in the hand, and it was great powering it up and down.
I'd call it 9, 5, -1, 2.5
This disc is killer and definitely going to kick the Thunderbird out of my bag.

Anyone else get one that feels really stable?... It feels like a faster, fresh champ teebird for me and it is definitely more stable than my new Opto Culverin. Like it almost feels felon stable for me... anyway this has been a great disc for me, just wandering if I had gotten an anomaly? I feel like this is more like 9-5-0-2/3

No, its pretty stable, but I do think there is a little turn in there. maybe is more like -0.5 but its there.
The LSS for me was pretty hard and dumpy, but right at the very end of flight. Not too much, but just enough.

Is it not similar to the OLF instead of the Thunderbird?

I throw Thunderbirds a lot and I agree that the Undertaker is very similar but does have a light bit more turn to it as well as maybe a touch more fade. As of right now I have it in my bag just to test side by side with my Thunderbirds so far it has not kicked my beloved Thunderbirds out.....But I'm not saying it won't ever do it. Has anyone really beat on an Undertaker yet? I'm just afraid as it gets more seasoned its going to become significantly less stable than I would like it to be.

Recieved my shipment last Friday of two Undertakers and a Crank SS. Decided to drive to the closest open course with some friends. Had an overall less than stellar round throwing all new discs but overall liked the flight of the Undertaker. I even enjoyed the occasional thumber/tomahawk. More stable then my rivals so they wont be leaving just yet. Was planning on beating an undertaker in to fill that spot. Sadly though I threw a brand new Undertaker into the pond on 18 to cap of a bad day. I think it will make the bag though. Just needs some more time. Overall first impressions are meh. The Crank SS on the other hand will be kicking the G* DD2 out of my bag for long hyzerflips. That disc will fly!

The SOLF I use most has a lot more hook to it and distance to the left at the end of flight.
The Undertaker was going as far forward as it could and then dumping hard left, but not as far.
Thunderbird (for me) is kind of in between those two.
