75' - 100' range

At that range I am usually in the zone, the Discraft Zone. Here in Fl with an open shot & distance count on some wind as well. The Zone is great for long putting or upshots in the wind.

Depends on wind, terrain and other things that can affect flight and landing.

If its open, I likely power up a jump putt.

If I'm nervous, I'm probably throwing an Ion on a soft hyzer across the basket

I can't jump putt, I feel dumb when I try and it never seems to help. But I have a pretty good go-for shot at that distance with an aero putter, floats for days. So I would definitely go for it, but have it fade into the basket, so if it misses, which it most likely will miss, it will hit the ground near the basket and leave and easy comebacker.

Gentle anny with my soft 4-chain

Jump putt more often than not at 75'. Mellow Tank or Aviar approach more often than not at 100'.

Forehand Zone is money for these shots if I want to have a 10' putt. Putter any, running the basket, is also growing on me.

Throw a wizard right at it .I adjust for a slight hyzer fade at the end. When I'm feeling "on", i can hit a few of these in a round sometimes or at least hit the bucket

Harp all day. If i throw it right, i can get it to spike right next to the basket. If I have to maneuver it I can. It also fights wind. Great disc!

What do y'all typically do at this range - straight shot, no obstacles?

What's the green look like? Is there OB anywhere near it? If so, I'm probably flicking a harp.

If it's free and clear to make a run and I'm closer to 100ft, a nice touch approach shot with a judge, flat or slightly turned over. Maybe I'll even jump putt as an approach from there, just to prevent rolling out or something crazy happening.

I use a jump putt style throw with a wizard and try to get it within 5'-10' of the basket. It's my most accurate motion and I don't have to worry about going long or fading too early like I would with a touch shot backhand.

Depending on the wind I will throw either an Aviar drive or SSS VooDoo. Nose up anny line. But that is because my knee does not humor the jump putt at all.

If it's a casual round, I'm going for it every time. If it's a tourney, a half-hearted nose-up run that will most likely end up as a layup and I'll just steal a stroke somewhere else.

Our backyard is an open, park like 150'x100', with trees and shrubs on the borders. If I have the width and height to throw it, a soft flick is always my best percentage shot. On tighter shots, I go BH and almost always have a much more challenging putt.

Soft Suspect FH or soft warden jump putt depending on the line and how I need the disc to finish, use a stiffer plastic of either if I anticipate needing a skip/slide towards the basket.

no wind? open hyzer line?

then overstable putter on a hyzer 75-100ft out. I personally use a S-Line P2.

wind? then a champ gator on an even more exaggerated/taller hyzer.

mind you I'll throw the P2 or Gator using back hand or sidearm as long as its a hyzer line. thats the key, even with a sidearm the P2 will still hold the hyzer line as long as your sidearm form is good up to 150 hell even 200 ft with not that much effort/just a wrist snap/flick.

150-200ft and out then I start thinking sidearm firebird on a flex line (even if there's no wind). the flex line lessens the chance of a big skip. also if there's a backhand hyzer line open then I'll go to the P2 or Gator depending on the wind.

Approach with a 150g Polecat; it needs little enough forward momentum to stay aloft that I can give it a run without worrying about a long comebacker.

Chip shot--I'm running the chains with a backhand, working to have the disc descend toward the basket.
