Glad to see the tour head back here. I know worlds is next week but surprised not to find a thread.

Hendel on the lead card for round 2. I hope someone calls him for a foot fault.

Orum putting on a good show. Local legend isn't putting on a good show so far through 7 holes.

Nice to see Martin Hendel doing good, at Ettyville I was playing the same tees he did but we are not playing the same game. :p

It was interesting to watch, the course seems challenging in a technical way. Very cool to see Jim Palmeri's speech about the early days of disc golf. The man is a pioneer of the game.

One thing I noticed on live coverage is when Nate and Brian had to kind of cover for local legend Bobby Jones after he yelled at the camera man when he missed a relatively easy putt. At first they seemed shocked that he did that. I thought I heard Nate say a hushed "Oh no".

It is worth noting that Bobby missed 2 easy putt before hand, so not really fair to try and blame him the camera guy for that.

Then they said a few moments later that you just need to get used to that, fans and camera guys are part of the game on tour and it does get distracting.

The "local legand" did not impress with his play, or, more importantly, his demeanor on the course.

Is Hendel known for foot faults? I saw him a lot on the 40+ Worlds (I think it was) last year, and don't recall it coming up. Love the way he throws the disc, in any event. Lookiing forward to the next round.

Didn't see the FPO, but I thought Brian and Nate did a nice job with what they had to work with. A nice break from know it all Philo and dramatic Doss. (I also appreciate what those two guys bring to the broadcast, but they do wear on me a bit after awhile.)

Tried to watch some of the MPO yesterday.....man, I have no ability to watch Matt Orum for more than a couple holes. He just annoys the crap out of me. 🤢

They said on this morning's coverage that crews spent last night and this morning roughing up the tee pads. Apparently the town had put a sealant on the brand new tee pads earlier this week that made the pads slick after the rains.

I got to spend a weekend camping with him and some other NY legends back in 2016 at the NY hall of fame induction at Frost Valley. Played 2 rounds on lead card with Paul Oman and Dustin Keegan and a 3rd round the day after tourney with them and Zoe. Good times!

Fun to see Chantel Budinsky at the top. . i think Prodigy made a good "cheap" signing there. .

Cant help to notice that Chantel has the same rating as Kona and that her youtube channel is bigger that Konas. . .but i guess Prodigy did not have to pay much at all for Chantel

Looking forward to round 3 and getting secondhand shoulder and elbow pain from watching Jake Wolff...jokes aside, his line and throw choices are wildly entertaining and unique.

Been super impressed with Budinsky's putting the last few days... extremely confident stroke from pretty much anywhere in C2.
Yes very much so---in her videos she often talks about how VERY nervous she can get . . and thats when shes in the middle of the field NOT on camera .. so o thought she would struggle in the lead with a camera on her...but no, not at all- - -to get a pro tour win will be HUUUGE for her..
And it looks like she will make the best round of her life when it matters most. .
