The Three Disc Challenge

champ monarch
star max
star shark

i think that would cover the broadest range of layouts and wind conditions, but it would def matter whether you knew which course you needed the three for beforehand...

I'm new to the sport so all I have is DX, but right now I would have to say
175 Shark
180 Stingray
172 Rhyno

I can control these pretty well.

So... um, which one is it?

Putter: 174 soft Magic
MID: 171 Pro D Stratus
Driver: 169 Champ Sidewinder

Heck, this is how I play most courses now.

175 - Innova Star Wraith
171 - Innova Champion Sidewinder
175 - Discraft Elite-X Stratus - this disc does everything else.

;)

I carried only one disc for years, so this is an easy challenge for me.

171 Star Sidewinder
165 Star Beast
172 DX Roc

If I'm playing a the local course with the water hazards, replace the Beast with an old beat Gazelle.

Single disc challenge: the Sidewinder above

167 dx eagle
167 dx roc
170 jk pro aviar

It's hard to pick the eagle over the valk, but I just seem to have a little more control of it. And I'll take that control over the distance.

Putter: Soft Challenger 174g
Mid: ESP/FLX Buzzz 175g
Driver: Star Wraith 168g for long course XS 165g for short course

Pitch and Putt course
Champion Teebird
DX Skeeter
XD

Course with average hole length over 400'
Champion Boss
DX Roc
Pro (soft) Rhyno

Three discs?
175g Champ Valkyrie, my most-used distance disc
174g DX Cheetah, when I need more control
177g Champ Coyote, my typical approach disc, and useful for putting

One disc?
174g DX Cobra - "when in doubt, throw the Cobra" is what I usually do, and it works well for me
