I posted some pics of a round I played last week at Pier Park in Portland...I put them in an album on my profile...that is an amazingly beautiful park

Do you guys ever look at old pics of disc golf courses that feature a long lost disc and get a little bit sad? I do.

I took this with my phone, so the quality is not great. I was practicing my putting about 9pm Sunday night. I was at my practice field, and I was using the lights from the parking lot next door to see. It was still pretty dark:

#8 at Pleasure Island near the Louisiana/Texas border. This course is on an island. You can see the ships on both sides of the course.

From Marshall Street. This lady won the Marshall Street contest for most unique disc golf photo or something like that. She got a $50 GC.

BRO! That is sacrilege! Are you using a paper plate in that picture, when you could have recycled that old putter of yours? FOR SHAME!!! You got no disc golf spirit...you should be eating off plastic bro. That way you can sling the leftovers in the garbage. Oh, the horror! :D :p :D

Great pictures! I hope I can play that course some day, but I haven't been to Portland since my one visit in 1986. One can always dream. Pier Park looks like what I imagine as the quintessential Portland course.

Photobucket may have been down when you looked. I can see the pics without an issue.
