Suggested Windy Putter

I tossed my 174g Soft Magnet this weekend in moderate (10-15MPH) winds. Some higher gusts as well. I had a heck of a time controlling it. What is the putter of choice for windy conditions?

I have a few other putters to choose from too:

Discraft Pro D Focus 166g
Discraft Pro D Ringer 174g
Discraft Pro D Soft Magnet 174g
Innova DX Aviar 169g
Innova R-Pro Dart 172g

also i aim low in a headwind (to counter the headwind lift) and high with a tailwind when putting. i think thats pretty standard.:\

or putt with some cajones and put some zing on your putts if it's windy.

I think of the putters i listed the Ringer is the most overstable. Not sure

This if you don't like that Ringer. I have both and prefer the Zone, because the Ringer is slick, and yes the Ringer is the most overstable putter listed there.

you have to snap them harder to make them go straight. if you do that, your putts should have enough velocity to not be affected by the wind.

and: you can throw them on a hyzer line and the wind won't turn them over

The Discraft Zone is a beast of a disc. Classified as a putter its more like a mid, but you can still putt with it. Very overstable. Try to find one in esp.

unless wind is howling stick with the putter you regularly use- as apoth said aim high in tailwind, low in headwind. it's the archer not the arrow.
