Choices! The three tees all need to stay right of the fence line and out of the OB sand trap (discuss amongst yourselves before the first throw). For my arm, a full driver reaches, but doesn't quite clear it, so I'm better to power down and not 'Tin Cup' the thing. Another rollaway past the basket type of green, too!
Finally, help the first time players to be sure they're throwing toward the 18th basket (with the building behind it), and not at the 3rd (to the right).

The trees on the right mean a L->R shot from the Blue tee, favoring 'lefties' and rhfh players a little, but the short basket position is right at the edge of the slope, so big arm ace runs and longer upshots for us weaker arms can blow by.

Obviously, if you need to take a little off your tee shot to guarantee cleanly getting through the double mando trees, do it! I'm pretty comfortable with my (rhbh) control on my River, which can reach either pin position (depending on the wind). Caution not to throw too high (left fades can reach the OB path).

Long, beautiful turnover (rhbh) opportunity from the Blue tee, but the sign shows an OB sand trap in the middle of the big, flat 'green'. For me, it's often not a problem (because I can't reach it). For the 350' arm, you'll need to juice it a little to carry. The red tee is much more direct.

Looks simple. It's not. The trees that give you the low ceiling also force you to consider the small slope and the OB path to the left. If you can zip a laser beam mid or putter to the pin, you're good to go. If you want to try the (rhbh) hyzer route, pay attention to the folks who might be on the 15th tee if you go long.

Longer and even tighter than #12, the Blue tee on #13 screams 'keep it straight!'. The same tips apply, it's just longer, and you want to land where your upshot or putt (you big arms!) won't be obstructed by the trees and branches near the basket.

watch before you throw for pedestrians on the path below and left. A controlled tee shot that lands in the flat to the right of the pin is far preferable to something 'stronger' that fades left down the slope and possibly to the OB path. For me (rhbh), that is often my straight- flying River. This might actually be a more friendly 'lefty' or forehand (rhfh) hole because of the slope.

The tee slopes forward here and is boxed for erosion control, so you might want to practice your run-up once or twice. The tree on the right forces a L->R line to the short pin, so I throw a (rhbh) turnover that's stable enough to come back out and not turn and burn into the long grass by the old timber in the bottom.

Even the shorter basket position here plays longer than it looks because of the 'valley', and the guardian tree(s). The long pin is quite a bit further back, with a second tree to navigate. My medium arm is throwing driver for both, and trying to get a clean up shot.

You and your cardmates should discuss the OB sand trap and how you'll determine marginal lies. Most folks playing the appropriate tee will not be able to clear the OB, so you need to decide on a disc that sets up the best approach shot to get your three.
