Lion's Park in Temple
I aced #20 at Lion's Park course in Temple, TX earlier this week. I threw a Wasp 210 feet, and it skipped into the basket. It's my third ace.

How to review this course?
The benches are nice, and it's something I did not expect to see at this course.
Some of the holes that I was able to play were nice, even though they're all short. It could easily be a fun ace run course if it had all of the baskets in place.
The bad are absolutely...

One of the Best in Austin
The best thing about this course is the variety of the holes. Even though the course play fairly long from the short tees, it really doesn't feel like that long after playing from the long tees. There's a distinct difference to the feel of the course from short and long...

A Popular Course — Both Good and Bad
There are several good things about this course. First of all, the technical nature of the course design can help offset the main negative aspect: that the course's too short. When the weather comes in play, the course definitely play very different, and that...

A Convenient Location
It's a short course. It's a perfect course to practice your mid-range throws if you're at least an intermediate or advanced player. It will make an easy and quick round when you're playing the course when it's not busy.

I know I have bought (or received) at least a disc from the following:
DGA
Innova
Discraft
Aerobie
Lat 64
Westside
Discmania
At this point, I don't think I even want to try new discs from the others unless it was in a player's pack or given to me by friends.... There's simply too many discs...
I have one, and it doesn't feel like Z plastic... Not even close.... I'm not sure why some of you think so, and I suppose it would be a good time for me to ask if one of you can elaborate on that?
For me, I thought it would be a bit more stiff, but it wasn't. It doesn't feel quite the same as...
I did ignore my "no more than $25" rule for buying discs, and got that Dynamic Discs Midnight Black Cryztal Buzzz.... It feels good in my hand, so I'm okay with it so far.
I played by myself at Searight Park here in Austin yesterday. I was hoping i'll be lucky to hit an ace on the first day of the year, but nope.... I ended up with a score of -3, so I can't really complain.
