Hello Bachan. That sounds like a fun project. It's a lot work but fun nonetheless. As far as expertise in course design, the two people that I know of personally here in NC and would highly recommend are on this site. Stan McDaniel is an accomplished course designer. His experience and know how will be invaluable. The other person you can talk to is Mark. His handle here on DGCR is 1978. Best of luck on getting the camp course approved and installed!
