So you basically are only trying the stable with fade putters. Maybe thats why you haven't fallen in love with one as none are that drastically different? A little different, but just not the other end of the spectrum

I would at least give the Magic, Pure and Magnet a try, but its up to you. Even if you don't like the understable ones, it might help you see what you might be missing to love about the ones you are trying.
Honestly have only thrown one, once. So it's not something I can really comment on. Flew a little understable when I threw it off a hill with about 45ft drop, roughly 300'. Could have been more, or less. Turned around 200', then traveled the last 100 or so ft turning. Pobably traveled 45-50ft to the right during the last 100ft of it's flight, never faded. Was pretty muchthe intended line, seemed easy to control.

As far as putting, I couldn't say at all. Don't remember the weight or run. I want to say second run. Possibly first, but highly doubt it.
What about Aviar PnA? I've always really liked those for putting putters. I've found some worn in dx ones a few times on the course and tried them out some after calling the owners and waiting for them to show up. They always flew nice to me and wouldn't be a huge change from your KC aviars. But if you come down I'll definitely have some Wizards on hand, no warlocks though.
    Kind of.

Evo can range from FLX to champion in terms of stiffness. It's nice for driving, not as much glide as soft but nice and durable and usually start out nice and beefy too. I drive with an FLX style evo wizard.

For putts I prefer one with a grippy surface feel but a stiff flight plate. Soft usually falls around this area. I use Organic softs for putts.

Gateway is extremely inconsistent in how they label their putters so it's hard to be more specific than that. I've felt SSS Magics that had no flex to them at all and softs that were quite floppy. Your best bet is to handle some at a store if possible, or if we ever get together and throw I could bring a stack of 20 or so for you to peruse.
If I follow correctly, you're talking about the Cyclones tooled on the rim or flight plate? The Z, ESP, and Pro D all I do believe were run in the rim tooling. They X might have been, not 100% sure on that. The Tp are tooled on the flight plate, and there are Esp, and X with this tooling as well. The two molds are slightly different from what I've noticed.

The rim tooling has a blunter nose, and generally more stable, less glide and less distance. The others are the opposite. That is about as much as I know, as to which plastics specifically have which tooling, I'm not positive. They're sort of mixed up.

As far as technique help, I'll try to be of service. I can't guarantee anything though.
Hey. I saw your last post in the Ohio meet thread. I don't know about a flyer, but can you do things like logos and such? I don't know exactly what, but I was thinking maybe custom stamped discs or Tshirts or something. Let me know if that's something you could do and once we get the date and place figured out, well go from there.
I need it, if you've read any of my recent post you could probabaly tell. They're really terrible! I want to pick up some beat Esp to compare a few. But, havn't got the time to search them out, especially no time to beat 2-3 in.

By the way, I just threw some of my Tp's. You made me want to put them back inthe bag.. ;( I really née to decide. Either Gazelle or Cyclone!
Well, perhaps we can work something out. I'll check around and see what I have. Also on the X plastic Cyclone, I'm not 100% sure. I want to say there is something wrong with it that people won't use it. I've been meaning to try it. I'll talk to Blake and refresh on that. I want to say it's the Z Cyclone mold which has a blunter nose and doesn't fly quite the same. But, so are the Pro D and they fly pretty decent with some wear. But, they don't have near the glide the TP and Esp have. I think the Esp are good once they're WELL beaten in.
Nah, ended up breaking my wrist and thumb so I was happy just to keep the distance I had during the Winter. Probably switching to Rocs too. Threw one for the first time in months yesterday and got about 380' on a hyzer shot that never flattened out. Felt really nice, seemed to glide better than my Buzz.
Yeah, Monroe St. The lady behind the counter said they had JUST come in. The were still in a stack on the floor.

I remember you saying something about not having a job or internet for a while. But anway... probably just best to ignore me. Unless you really are Blake T... in which case I will blackmail you for all those nice Cyclones I hear you have stashed away.

Btw, Blake and I do have this similarity, I do have a semi-decent collection of TP Cyclones. Rivaled only by my Gazelle collection, lmao
Hey there. I wanted to give you the heads up and make sure you didn't miss the Ohio DGCR Meet thread that's going on. Join the conversation if you think you might be interested.
I'll just hold onto them then and audition them against the Darts and Jujus I've got coming in. (yes, I said Jujus, don't laugh). That'll let you enjoy your honeymoon w/o worrying about them being in transit.

Cheers and don't have too much fun. ;)
