I finally got my first Ace this past weekend! Hole 18 at Truckee River DGC (Truckee, CA). 236' slightly blind down hill shot. Threw my SS Wizard, heard chains and went running. My brother was there and I think he was almost as pumped up as I was.
I followed McBeth's card today for the most part. I watched Avery's group tee off a few times also. I finished up the day following the women's lead card for their last four holes. It was a beautiful day in Santa Cruz today.
i took my bonner III out for it's first round yesterday (well, half a round) and i basically did all the same modifications as KY's with the exception of the bottle holders. It was great. Real comfortable, no issues at all. I highly suggest getting one of these if you don't want to spend a bunch...
