I can tell by your sig that you are either a forehand primary player or you have a cannon BH...

if you throw BH might you have any tips to give?
Sorry it's been so long, it's been a while since I've logged in. I'm still in Ames for another year. I'm actually on my way back from the twin cities right now. I just got done playing BRP...I did Bryant Lake last night. We'll have to catch a round some time. Maybe Boone once some of the foliage dies?
First, congratulations on choosing the best university in the state! ;) Our of curiosity, what major have you picked, or have you decided yet?

I'd be happy to play a round, but the time I have to play is somewhat limited. I'll normally get an hour and a half to two hours on weekend mornings usually starting at 8 or 9.
I don't mind the occasional gimmick, but I'm with you. To much is overkill! In fact, more than 1 is too much! lol Trophy Lakes in Charleston, SC has an in ground basket. I'm planning on sneaking up to Augusta one day and hitting Hippo and Hogback. Augusta is an hour an a half from my wife's folks. From what I've read, if you made par, you did pretty good! I skipped it, because I wanted to make time to get to the PDGA courses. If you ever get back though, give yourself a couple of days, You'll want a full day to hit the IDGC alone. I tried to cram as much as I could into one day, and I about killed myself doing it! lol ...it was worth it! ;)
No kidding! When were you there? I just went to Augusta.... 2 weeks ago. The week of the Masters. I didn't get to play Hippodrome. (and it looks like they added a new course next to the Hippodrome). That was the day I did 75 holes, Odell weeks, Riverview, Lake Olmstead, and the PDGA headquarters.

You guys did good! What did you think of Hippodrome? (or what I've been wanting to know, which do you like better: Hills or Hippo?) Did you play any of the other local courses around Augusta?
I know that's right! ...and I'm putting the kabash on any more visits during January! Oy Vey! Are you still thinking about a trip to SC?
That would be cool, the trees would definitely make the challenge. Even some good Distance throws. Hmmm, Ottumwa getting 4 courses, that would be nice! ...to bad I don't live there anymore! ;)

...No, scratch that last one! I spent 22 years there, I'm only going back for visits! haha
Hey man, thanks for coming out in 10 degree weather and snow. We'll have to try this again in warmer weather. Let me know when your in SC.
hey sucka what the cr*ps up, signed up on here today! whoo hoo! how ya likin the 150 flick? get up to minnesota more!!! went and played st cloud yesterday with the infamous LUKE, played st augusta and riverside, both VERY challenging courses!!!
lol it's hard to go anywhere's without money. hopefully i can go out discing today so i can work the damn kinks out of my form and work on the buzzz more.
well i'm working on getting a job i applied at a few places this morning, and the problem with student loans is i have 3 already out for a school i don't go to anymore so i have to pay those back, although once i do go to school i can cheat off of you since the community colleges computer programming courses are intro to cobol etc.
well for me it's the opposite no money for school, no job, more time for discing but no mode of transportation which leaves me to be on the computer lol.
