    Putting frustration

I just now got into a putting groove that I like. It's kind of a spin/push hybrid. I find if I simply push putt, I don't get the glide (as you're talking about); but if I only spin putt, I drift right consistently. I picked up two Harps and two Pures, one hard and one soft of each, and varied...

This is why I like private courses

See, I'd be more than willing to pay ten dollars a round for a place with a pro shop, food/bar, good restrooms, and good atmosphere. The courses in my home town (Joplin) are a lot of fun, but you don't generally see a lot of upkeep. The club is active, but there isn't enough drive to keep the...

    [Putters] Crossfire Trilogy Mimic

I believe Quest makes it and a few drivers. Thanks, man! I appreciate the feedback!

    [Putters] Crossfire Trilogy Mimic

Zero Hard Pure acquired. Good feel. Not quite as grippy, but the Crossfire was less plastic and more of a composite; so I feel like this is as close as it'll get. Local store only had original Swan molds, so passed on that one for the moment. Thanks for the feedback!

    [Putters] Crossfire Trilogy Mimic

I started with Dynamic and haven't thrown much else since. The Crossfire is the last non-Trilogy disc in my bag and I would like to be sponsored as I start throwing larger tournaments. I don't see it as a handicap so much as an opportunity.

    [Putters] Crossfire Trilogy Mimic

Thanks. It's ever so slightly understable, but it has a LOT of glide. I've got a bigger arm and I have trouble keeping putters straight and at good height out of the box.

    [Putters] Crossfire Trilogy Mimic

Does anyone know of a disc that feels and flies like the Crossfire putter in 167 weight? I've grown attached to it for up shots, but I'm trying to throw a Trilogy bag!

Review by danad in course Oak Grove Park

2.50 star(s) Older Course Good concrete tees. Always short grass and maintained grounds. Good course for putting and midrange work. Can be played in thirty minutes if needed. Older baskets reject longer shots. Crowded. Trash litters fairways. Drives can go into private property if not careful with the...

Review by danad in course McBride Park

3.00 star(s) Decent Course It's got character. Nice bending shots on multiple holes, minimal tree shots after first two holes, and one heavy duty drive. Great short course to play. Smaller course with a lot of walking track running in the middle of your drives. People in this area will completely ignore you...

Review by danad in course Ozark Christian College

3.50 star(s) Good Beginner Course Great starter course. Tees are marked with clear numbers and baskets have plates above them with marked numbers. First tee is kind of difficult to find if you don't know where to look. This is the course I first started really playing on and like that, while a very simple...
