    Round notes:Quick round while in Gulf Shores on spring break. Short but fun course on a beautiful nature preserve. Started with some errant drives but got going by hole 6. Hit the basket twice on ace runs. Finished with a bogey on 18 after throwing into the pond behind the pin. Finished 8-2.

    Round notes:Decided to play this great course after dropping Elise off at cheer camp in Oxford. First time playing, tee boxes were a bit wet after a heavy rain. Played with just some of my spare discs with little warm up. Slow but steady start. Began with a couple of gimmie birds in the middle of the front 9. Back 9 had two throw ins from long, one of those from about 60 after glancing off a branch. Continue solid play (and lots of tree love) through the third 9. Missed several putts from 25-30\'. Finally had the first bogey on 25. Finished 8-1.<br />
