    Ice Bowl 2011 AR

Nice job on the score! We had a great time, weather warmed up nicely. I shot 52 & 58. Ebon won the Junior division with 59 & 52, & also won CTP for Juniors. He said afterward he's thinking of bumping up to Novice next time. I think Thor & Doug's egos are rubbing off on Ebon! :D

Review by ebonsdad in course Dupree Park

3.50 star(s) ebonsdad Front 9 very technical through thick woods but short distances overall. Back 9 a little more open & longer overall. A few alternate tee positions, 1(I think) alternate pin position. out-of-the-way from rest of park. The course has been well taken care of since I last reviewed it. There...

Disappointed I was unable to attend this tourney but my 14 y/o son played in the Junior's division & won, but guess what? No trophy, not anything extra for winning his division! He got the same stuff everyone else did that didn't win, would've been nice to get some type of something for...

Review by ebonsdad in course Burns Park - Red

4.00 star(s) Ace & birdie ops Wide range of technical but shorter holes, Quite hilly, alternate pin positions keep it fresh, lots of right turn drives to challenge us right handers. Course kept nice year-round. Lots of trees!! Close to playground area so occasionally gets non-DG foot traffic on course. OB...

Review by ebonsdad in course Burns Park - Blue

4.00 star(s) ebonsdad Great variety of holes: wooded vs. open, a few short vs. quite a few fairly long (400+), wide boundaries vs. tight w/ OB on either side. weaves in/out of pavilions or other activities, quite a few holes use the street as OB, OB over fence by interstate difficult to retrieve discs. well...
