Nice Shorty Course in the City
Good use of trees and evevation. A quick trip from downtown. People from out of town can (and should) play a quick round here.
I can imagine that if crowded it would cause issues with throwing on others. Dont bring the big boy discs.
Holes #1-5 play on the open...

Take the drive to this little gem
This is a well thought out great course. Nice tee pads and signs. The first nine holes start off in well groomed park setting. The course ends in a nice lay-out wooded area.
No place to fill up your water bottle.
Great use of the park. Really looking foward to...

Thought I Knew what a Top DG Course Until I Played Here
Multiple cement tee pads for all levels of play on every hole. Great signage on each individual tee placement (3 per hole). Great lay-out all around. Sick distances through heavy woods. On another level from other "top rated" courses I have...

Always a Gem Year After Year
Great elevation changes throughout the course. Tons of tight shots. They do a great job of changing the pin positions during the year, which makes for a different experience every time out.
The parking lot is far from the course. Some of the tee boxes have divots...

Lumberjacking
Is a nice wooded course that you can throw a +4 and or -4 score on any given round. Offers some tight technical shots that are a challenge.
Every round there is fewer and fewer vegetation that is being cut down for whatever reason. The picnic tables in the back wood offer a nice...

Cool Course
Great mix of long and short technical shots. Great use of trees on most holes. Holes #1-3 are sweet.
We ended up skiping a hole because we missed it due to the signage. The course gets crowded quickly. You will most likely have some beginners throwing plastic on you.
It is a...

Arvada Classic
A cool lay out with a chance to throw into the stream on just about every hole. I think just about every disc golfer in town learned to play here. Still a great course for beginners to hone the craft. Oh yeah I saw a dude with a tramp stamp.
Too many kids, dogs, bikers, and disc...

Big Drives and Approach Shots
Holes 11, 12, 14, 15, 16, 17, and 18 offer nice lay-outs and are a challenge to birdie. Some new pins placments have pumped some new life into a sometimes forgotten Denver metro course.
Still plenty of LONG wide-open holes. It would probably be a discouraging...

McCook is McAwesome
This course offers players a great park setting. You will throw a good mix of up and down hill shots. The parks and rec group does a great job of upkeep.
What you see is what you get. The alt pin placments do not offer much of a diffrence of play. Overall the course plays...

Playin the Nest
The folks who run this course are always making nice improvments every year. Good mix of long and short with some tight tree shots.
They have some rock circles that are OB if you land in them. Not a big fan of that because a lot of them you cannot see off the tee box.
Keep up...

Throwing at the Falls
A great mountain course with a nice lay-out of 30 holes that will challenge every shot you have. We had a foursome of all levels of player and we ended up staying to play a total of 69 holes. The $10 fee is nothing when you see the work being put into the course. If you...
I have a 180g Champion Shark. I use it mostly in the spring time on windy days. Becaukse of the heavy weight I find that the wind will not affect it on approach shots and even putts.

Sharpen Some Skills
Some of the holes have some thought behind them and can be fun. Kind of a make up your own shot course. Nice baskets to throw at.
If there is any kind of crowd there forget about it. Spray painted numbers on the bike path act as tee markers.
If you are open to using a little...

A Slippery Slope
It is still the go to Denver Metro course to measure your game.Still challenging enough to drag me back. A good place to work on up and down hill shots in prep to throw mountain courses.
Sometimes making changes to a course is not a good thing. The nasty swamp that comes into...
