We had our local AR today and while I would have been happier with a mid I definitely got two usable drivers out of the deal. Fun times and a pretty good player's pack made it worthwhile for me. I also realized that the TDs take a lot of crap that they shouldn't have to take.

I use a Z comet in the 167-169 range for my understable mid and it has served me well.

Tough call for me...Eagle or Leopard. I'd probably lean towards the Eagle.

I have a Starlite Mamba, a Champion Mamba, and a Blizzard Katana that I busted out today. Not disappointed in any thus far and it was windy to boot. This is the year that I start throwing distance drivers.

I tried this today and it definitely barrel rolled a lot but didn't ever level out and glide. I think that either I didn't get enough power or didn't throw it high enough. Interestingly enough I found a reliable way to forehand it, which is interesting. I haven't been able to successfully...

Anything dislocated needs to heal properly before going back. Odds are already good that it's going to happen again anyway. No need to make it worse by coming back from it too early.

At our race is was definitely presented as a fairway driver.

I liked it. I threw it on a slight anhyzer most of the day and had several close calls. I like the way it finishes when thrown on a moderate hyzer. I noticed that the forehand throwers had more problems with it than us backhanders.

What made me even consider it was that my Mako is pretty floppy and I have sunk some pretty long putts (for a beginner, anyway) with it. One of my wife's friends has a Gumbputt and I took it out for a round and it seemed like it might be worth working with. Good to know that I have two decent...
