Personally I think since the announcement was so late in the year, an interim amount should be applied..possibly half, so Grandmasters for example would only need 250 to qualify. Then 500 2017 points to qualify for 2018 Worlds...

We have had an issue where a jam in the drainage created a full pond at Shillito Park DGC in Lexington KY. The pond created was over 5 acres, and with no fish to eat the larva, prime mosquito breeding ground.

The PDGA chooses who they do business with, especially in representing their major events. If you've ever taken a look at the Bid Process for a Worlds, there is a lot the PDGA demands from host organizations.

The only thing I'd like to point out is that HB Clark used Disc Golf United for Bowling Green Ams...larger field to register and had the same single start time for everyone to register.
