Great setting, navigation soon to come
-Proximity to Campus (exposure to the sport for students/community)
-Good variety, given the land
-Hole #4 plays over a pond which makes for a really pretty hole.
-Can be played in under an hour
-The course plays mostly in maintained grass so little chance...
