I'd love to play with you if you come to Alexandria after the flooding recedes (Buhlow is typically playable the minute the water goes down), but I won't be getting any opportunity to leave the Alexandria area in the coming weeks.

Right now your best bet is going to be Olla (18 holes played to 9 baskets) and the Monroe Courses, especially the two at Lazarre Park. If you want to go south, LHC DiscGolfPark at Scotlandville (Baton Rouge) is a nice course a little out of the 1.5 hour range.

The current predictions on the River are that it is going to crest and then start going down. I expect it to be playable in about two weeks if there are no more heavy rain events on the Oklahoma/Texas border.

Yes, Ft. Buhlow is currently under water. The Red River is in flood stage. There may be 4-5 holes on the two courses that you could play if you could get to them, but you would need a boat to be able to get to them.

I'm in Louisiana and thinking of playing at ft bulow In Pineville and am looking to see if anyone wants to join me. (I don't know when but if like four,five or six people respond and if we can swing it meet up and play both coures) I've only played it once or twice and think it's not much fun playing it by myself
