The only thing I did for Champ Polecats was to keep emailing the proshop asking for them. There wasn't anything more to it than that. I can't speak to a more durable plastic as I've been throwing the same DX for years. It's still flying the lines I want from it. If you want more overstable, the Salient Lock Jaw in Liquid Metal would fit that bill. They're from a company that's out of business, but they're out there if you look hard enough.
