I haven't been to J St in a while, that sounds like a good day to me. Should be nice weather too. What time you want to meet out there, 3-ish again?
I really like them, I think I like the regular the best. It just feels like I have more control over them, prolly b/c of the nice grip. I wish Vibram made a really understable putter that has very little LSS but until that day I think I'm gonna give a regular Summit a long trial in the bag.
Cool, let's try and meet up sometime on Friday. Yeah, I've got a firm and regular Summit on loan from CFair, he said I could play with them for like a month. :D
Crap, I forgot you got a Soft Summit. We should meet up and play somewhere next week so you can let me fondle it. :D

I'm thinking about picking a regular X-link though, I'm really consistent releases out of it and that makes me happy.
I'm sitting on the fence on whether or not I'm going down to Wilmington to watch the Azalea Fest Tourney. Can't really say where I'll be Friday, sorry. :(
I putt with a medium and do pretty much everything else (drives, approaches) with a soft. Softs are my favorite by far.
Don't really know how I ended up here or what the owl playing a banjo is about, but it's quite comical!! Actually, I was posting on BD's page and saw your question about a putter that will sit. Anyway, I was just going to say I had problems with roll-aways using my KC Aviar putter. The Medium Ion works for me when I need something to sit/stick especially if I'm on a course with elevated baskets....aka any course Stan has designed! Hope that helps!! :)
Well, I was always more of a Headbangers fan personally but yes, we are crazy.

Sounds good, maybe we can meet-up at a course that isn't brutally tight like Creekside.
Superhero. They sell them in a variety of places but you can also get them direct from Herodiscusa.com. They use to sell blems for $6 but they've been out of stock for awhile unfortunately.
Yeah, we'll try and forge it. I'd definitely bring some shoes you don't mind being muddy b/c the back 9 can get swampy but I don't think it will be too bad. Either way, there's plenty of fields to practice on that should be dry.
That sounds like a plan, something like 3-ish would be good so we wouldn't have to worry about lunch and whatnot. I'll PM you my cell # so you can call me for anything.

    Cheers,
    Dave
I generally don't like Creekside but I've heard they've opened up the fairways a bit so I'm curious to see the changes. Any rate, it's a quieter course than Johnson St so we can take all the time in the world to blister the trees with errant shots. ;)

I'm good for any day of the week but Saturday, maybe Sunday. I've got muchachos going to Charlotte from Wilmington this Sat. and I'm planning on meeting up with them.
You're in Winston right? I'm just south of G-boro in Randolph County (Climax), we can meet up sometime halfway like Creekside in Archdale and I'll be glad to help you out with some hands-on instruction. A lot this proper form stuff is hard to understand from text unless you stumble upon it with a "ah ha!" moment.
Come on down to the meetup on the 26th. Heck you could also hit up a great Charlotte course on your way back if you got the time and energy.
