*Edit: It looks exactly like the white one in the picture you provided.
Mine are both red and 167g. One has some sparkles here and there, and the other is very sparkly around the edges, but not as much towards the middle of the disc. OP has me beat on both accounts.
Oh, and I don't know anything about the tulsas.
I've got one of these in my bag and can vouch for the description of the disc. I'll also say that his does seem to have more of the stabilizing agent in the flightplate than the one's I've seen.
That said, I doubt you will get the amount of money you are asking since there are discs as fast...
I love me some TL. I throw both Star (172 ish) and Champ (175ish), and about 80% of my shots between 320 and 400 are thrown with a TL. The stars start out quite straight, much like a worn dx teebird, and wear nicely to a straight finesse driver, a straight-right (RHBH), and a very nice anhyzer...
