    started a little over a year ago and i am hooked. made some rookie mistakes mainly to high speed too soon. fixing that and reaping the rewards. this game has majorly improved my quality of life. i am a multiple sclerosis patient and the low impact exercise of disc golf keeps me healthy and moving. so so happy i found this sport.
