    Other info

    A quick reference guide:

5 - Brutal beatdown in every way. Length, difficulty, variety that could fuel a small state.
4.5 - Everything all wrapped up nicely. Some true Par 4's and 5's, or insane terrain.
4 - Good mix of stuff, elevation helps a lot. Or one theme explored very, very well.
3.5 - More bland, repetitive stuff, or a split of good/bad holes on a coures.
3 - A lot of niners, with the same desire to play as some of the eighteens.
2.5 - Something fun or tricky that separates from the bland.
2 - Fun to play, not much challenge. Some line shaping or hilliness to mix things up.
1.5 - Course that's really trying to be fun, but just falls short. Will do in a pinch.
1 - Painful. Not designed for people who want to have fun discing.
.5 - Semi-playable/not really disc golf. Or something better served for mini DG.
    0 - Failure.

Not that these 9-ers are that bad, but the variety is almost impossible to get.

HA! awesome. Yeah toss them into some walls, dirt, into the ground as you play. They loosen up a bit. I would like to order a stack of 10 ridges about 169. Maybe Red and white and get them on a four rotation (regularly playing with and rotating 4 discs as back ups).I'm jealous
if you like a gliding putter the summit is great. But I like the drop of the ridge, and beat ones work beautifully.
that is what I've been thinking as well Even if they don't necessarily glide better they would at least have a more forward finish. I have a 166 proto I've been meaning to try out (but same with weather making playing hard) but it is a proto and I tend to try to stay in production, or as vibram now offers custom runs. I'm sure if I wanted a dipped dome I could ask steve to cool the discs flight plate up and he would happily oblige as it is not a hard request...

but 168-ish ridges sound more and more appealing every day.
Question about your lighter ridges. Can you tell me why you had them made lighter? I've been wanting to test out some around the 168g range but only have 175-ish's. I'm wanting some more glide out of them (also does a dipped center improve glide at all if it makes them more understable?)
Great, now I wanna throw discs too...... Damn you and that video!!:) Thursday, Thursday, Thursday.......
Can't do it Captain.... Got plans at 7:30ish.. Fitz's Bar in Elmhurst if yo interested?!? Otherwise, Thursday is my next free night for glow time GLOW!!
Yo! I vote we play the pro tees at Eagle Ridge at least once this LONG weekend. SUPER FUN!! I played there yesterday and found a new love for those tees. I love that place.....:)
Hey, I have an idea for this tournament. I'm thinking about going up there friday to play again, then getting a hotel so I don't have to make the early drive. So if you wanna get down and split a room, could save us both some money.

(copied and pasted from WCG's wall, since I'm too lazy to retype it.)
You free tomorrow night (Fri)? I'm thinking glow... Word on the street is those lights are arriving today.:):):) Maybe Oswego?? Or wherever!?.. Go Bears!!
I've been keeping an eye on you guys. Would like to see you all; and have been thinking about it...Grey Fox that is. But, I have a lot to do, business wise and no real funds to help with gas. I may ask around tomorrow though and see if any of my local guys want to cover me for a Saturday journey. We'll see. I'll let you know if I plan to head south to join you guys.
