The zone has more glide, and a harder bite at the end. For me, the breaker has all of the high speed stability of a zone, but a soft fade at the end. My seasoned SP has no fade, and can be out on any line. My special blend is much more stable, but no where close to a zone fade.
I carry a beat up breaker and a beat up zone. They're great together. Breaker for all approaches that don't need a big hook at the end. The zone def. Gets more distance
I don't find myself throwing an overstable mid much. I throw a couple DGA rift. They are like a good seasoned buzz with more glide. If I need overstable, I throw my zone, or an fd3. They seem to be easier to control back or forehand, and it simplified my bag
Mint discs would be my choice, but the cult following is insane. 2nd sale markets are nuts, small runs difficult to obtain. That being said, they knock it out of the park, and I have loved every mold they've made. I just can't find backups, lol
