    Rube, I ran that Half marathon today (Historic Half), and did pretty well. I ran a 2:20, and for my first half I don't think I did badly. I was running at a good pace until about the 10th mile where I just hit a wall. My aerobics side was great, but my legs were killing me. Then two big uphill hills just finished me of. I then ran the rest of the 2 miles after. Any good after math tips?
