Hello. My name is Tim, and I am a fairly new player. I first played Disc Golf in March 2009. My friend's dad would give us rides home from track, and about half the time, we would stop at our local course to play some DG. I would always borrow a few of their discs. After about a month, I felt like this could be something I could pursue. In April 2009, I got hooked. I bought an Innova DX starter set to be able to practice more. I was a spotter at the 2009 Am Nationals. I basically spent 3 days watching the best players I'd ever seen throwing unbelievable tee shots and making even more unbelievable putts. Since then, I have followed the patterns I noticed in their throwing styles and my scores are slowly creeping down to competitive range.
