I always use a one finger grip. My son uses 3 fingers which is pretty odd to me. I like the 1 finger grip for control. I have tried a 2 finger grip and it seems to go straight to the ground.

I am fast for a 390 pounder, but slow compared to other golfers. In the off season I am working on my endurance and dropping some weight by going to the gym every day. I started 3 weeks ago so, I am pretty serious about getting this goal accomplished.

My son played in a tournament at Deer Lakes and Knob Hill there. We had a great time with a wonderful group of people. Can't wait to do it again next year. I hope to play myself if not my son will be there.

Main thing that matters is getting them out there just to play. My other two are no where close to as good, but they have a blast playing. My 8 year old has also been playing since, he was 2.
