Great Course, even when muddy!
This was my first time playing Z-Boaz, and I played solo. Finished in about 90 minutes. We've had almost 2 weeks of off and on rain, so I figured it'd still be pretty soggy. Was pleasantly surprised at how playable it was and how little mud I actually had to...

Big arm not required, but it helps!
One of the most beautiful and most challenging courses in the Hill Country, this is a course that will test players of all skill levels. An absolute must if you're passing through the area, and possibly even worth a drive to the Austin area just to play it...

Fun but unforgiving!
-Great variety of holes, which require a variety of shots to play this course well; backhands, sidearms, and thumbers all come into play here.
-Decent flow of holes that takes you throughout the beautiful park. Even if someone wanted to just walk with you while you played...

Alright 9 hole course; needs some work.
This is a small 9 hole course with some fun, short holes. Good for beginners, but also fun for Intermediate players as well.
Some interesting lines and window shots right off of tees #2, 5, and 8. Great course to practice your approaches and short game...

Great variety makes for a fun round
I hate to repeat the other reviews, but they're all pretty spot on. This is another great John Houck designed course that forces you to use a variety of shots. Beautiful area to walk as you go in and out of the trees for the front 9, and then a fun back 9...

Great fun in Vietnam!
A challenging variety of holes that will require you to use a lot of different shots: rollers, thumbers, hyzers, anyhzers, backhand, and forehand.
Nice amount of open field shots and wooded technical holes, with 2 of the holes being Par 4's. Lots of OB, so can be fairly...

A good start; needs work
Right off of 130, easy to get to.
Some interesting basket placements on holes 4 and 5; tucked behind bushes so you're shooting blind and have to trust to your upshot.
Plays quickly: a solo player can definitely finish the 9 in 30 minutes.
Open field means strong wind...
