Centralia disc golf complex, Centralia IL, the course had me hooked

i cant wait until the bigscreen release! of course that after they put in the dramatic car chase scene and love triangle as the thief's motive.

i agree that core strength would help(as it does in pretty well any sport) and i find that medicine ball work outs are very good to build ur core. also they say throwing is like starting a lawnmower to all the beginners learning how to rip so i would think one arm rows would improve arm speed...

not sure quite wat u mean but in most of their softer (SS SSS) putter plastics the disc will sink in where there is a nice little thumb spot after a little use if thats wat u r talking about.

I think the purpose is to get their product out to the public and see if its worth producing on a larger scale my question is since my ace was from a yellow tee (shortest of all three tees on our rec. course) but a already established tee would you consider it one cuz i never have.

3.00 star(s) good course with good usage of hills. realy sweet hole placements and challenging fairways. trees laying down all over the fairways and course from storm some holes hard to find. alternate tees are impossible to find, really needs to have more directions to tees and to the start itself.

3.50 star(s) love the elevation changes and some cool pin locations and fairways.located on nice lookin lake(never realy comes into play) one hole has no fairway. the misquitos were horrible when i was last there and some paths need to be improved between holes.

2.50 star(s) easy in a nice camping ground. lake can add challenge to a few holes. nice picnic and play kinda course. right through some of the picnic areas playground equipment. campsite was closed last time i was there but i heard it might be back open
