Graham Creek - Pecan Hollow discussion

I'm not going to post a review because it's still new. The fairways are cut and mowed well, there's just too many trees that were left and you will kick off into rough about every hole. Played this course on 7/14/18 and we quit this course after hole 7. So many holes were poke and hope besides...

    Watson Trail Park discussion

Fun course if you are in the area. Make sure you have a picture or print out of the map in the media page. I can be a little confusing if you don't.

Patoka Lake State Rec. Area discussion

Just played here on 4/17/17. Course is in great shape and it was well worth the 2 hour drive! Some really fun holes on this course, I just wish I hit my line every time. haha

    Soccer players on DG course??

When I played soccer in high school we did the same thing. We never damaged anything but our own soccer balls. Many were popped or lost air from thorns and sharp broken twigs. To hole out you usually got it close and did a soft flick to hit the chains and have it fall in the basket. Also...

    Rules: Point of contact

Thanks for the replies! So if there is a mando then the line of play is a straight line from the mando through the disc. If it's a U shaped hole(no mando) it's a straight line from the hole through the disc and not the line of play even if the curved part of the U has not been passed. Thanks!

    Rules: Point of contact

When playing a mandatory or a horseshoe hole where you're throwing and the direction of aiming your shot do not match, where does your foot (point of contact) have to be? Is it always in a straight line with the hole or is it in a straight line with the direction you're throwing? For example...

As good as an ace (eagle)

My home course in Centralia, IL is a par 72 from the long tees with only 5 or 6 par 3s depending on the pin placements.

    Article on Franklin Open

Forgot your end quote after "The holes that are in wooded areas are very challenging with out of bound areas ready to add unwanted strokes to your score. Good Article!

Review by sstieg in course Joe Moody Harris Park

2.50 star(s) Accuracy We were the only ones in the park and the course was easy to navigate without much excessive walking between each hole. The course was clean and the parking lot did not put the cars in jeopardy of bad throws. Good signs and tee boxes! A few holes such as 7 and 9 did not seem to have...
