The ironic thing about Crystal Springs and it being my 1000th DGC to play is that it was in Jefferson county, Mo. where I played my unofficail 1st DGC on our farm in Catawisa. I never counted this farm course as a course. but it's ironic that I'll get to play my 1000th DGC in the same county as I played my first DGC (even though it was unofficial).

the pictures of the bulbs I planted for my fallen friend along with pictures from last weeks trip to Michigan are in the process of being posted on the dgscene. I'm about 1/2 way donme uploading all the pictures i think people will appreciate.

I'm planning on playing my 1000th DGC in mid Sept. at Crystal Springs DGC in CS missouri. It the worlds only and first subterrainian DGC as it's in a cave/old salt mine. It's a little south (30 miles) of Stl. I'd love to have you guys (moses included) at the party. Let me know which dates can work for you. I also want to take in a Cardinal game. Their home the last week of Sept. and the first week of oct. and 18-20 th in sept.

A couple of weeks ago a dear friend of mine passed away and I planted 20 tulips and as any daffidills in her honor near the Adv. tee on hole #14, between a couple of fallen trees. I'll take pictures and send them on when the bulbs bloom

I've been working on this one DGC (Portage Lakes Disc Golf course) in the Akron, Ohio area for many moons (well actually many suns) and really want to use my leaf blower and clean a few fairways of it's leaves. I'm getting back into the TD buisness this year as I'm planning to have an ICE BOWL tournament there in conjunction with the Portage Lake Polar Bear Jump. I've done the jump the last 2 years at PL and this year I'm going to have the ICE BOWL tournament the same day since the DGC is all ready for play.

When we get bag tags made, would you and Bud and Moses and Adam like to buy some? They're going to look real cool as we have a large concentration of Purple Martin (birds) at PL so our tag will represent. I wish I was an artist as I would love to draw a cartoonishlike picture of a purple martin throwing a disc, but I don't have those fine abilities.

Well, I can yap for ever....... Hope you Bud and your friends and families have a blessed Thanksgiving.

I will sort out this madness as soon as we have some real cold winter nights. It's suppose to be in the mid 60's this weekend and as much as I want to play some more "never played" ?DGC. I know I need to get things a little bit more ready for the winter madness here at the homestead.

no worries from me. I live in Canton (plain township) and I don't have a fireplace :( but the more I think about it, it's a good thing not to have a fireplace. Are they're any other ways that we can do to stop the spread of pests?


Where did you take your beautiful tahoe? DGCR cover picture at? Where we near that area? Hope you liked all the pictures I took while visiting the Tahoe region and posted at www.discgolfscene.com I posted them all and I really appreciatte all of Buds efforts in explaining what each picture details.

I'm in the process of downloading all my tahoe pictures on www.discgolfscene.com i don't know if you have already signed up on this site and looked me up at "DANHYZER", but I'll need your help, Bubd's Help, Adam's help and Moses'es help in identifying all the pictures I have downloaded so far and will continue to download for everyone's pleasures and laughs and memories.
