Body Alignment
So I just tested this theory. I really do think this could be my problem but in order for me to point at the basket my stance is REALLY staggered. I am facing farther than 45 degrees away from the target.

My original thought was grip lock but I'm not sure that's it. There is an article here that describes my problem exactly but I looked all day and couldn't find it. It talks about a RHBH thrower that when the grip lock it goes so much further than their normal throws.
