Great moderate course down south
The course is short enough where if you don't get backed up you can knock the whole thing out with a group of four or less in 90 minutes.

Great Course for everyone
Many Par 3s from 200-300 feet. Perfect distance for beginners.
Both par 4s are very open for players to be able to open up and huck it.
