    Working every other weekend is part of my schedule. I have to use vacation time in order to get those days off.

    It's hard to explain but easy to see in person. It's kind of like the difference between how a nose up throw finishes vs. a nose down throw. The nose up disc stops moving forward and crashes left while the nose down disc tends to move forward more at the end of the flight.
