    Dude, i am serious!!! youtube the sh!t. If not that Glucoseamine condrotin pills coupled with Flax oil pills. They are working wonders for my ankle and most recently my hip.

    I was up there yesterday and today... had a round with my dad and it was fun... gotta get all the downed trees cleaned up... still really like 18... ummm... I'll let you know if I make it up there this weekend

    yeah, i grow comfrey and several other herbs at teh Pond. Umm, herbalism is something i been into for awhile but i took a class last fall that really help spring board me into it and also helping other... Some may say I could be a shaman but i always tell them, I'm SHU MAN!!

    Yeah, If you drink it everyday the alkaloid will build up in your liver and can cause damage, this is true. That is why i only drink 16 oz of it every other day and in between i use drink so sort of Diaretic tea that helps detox the body, Dandelion tea is what I usually drink.

    Also, you may want to look into comfrey infusions, Comfrey is a crazy herb known for healing bone, ligaments and tendons injuries!! Actually, there is a lot of controversey about it in the Herbalism field(Can cure cancer). If your interested, you can purchase the herb at mountain rose herbs online. Good stuff i drink it every other day!!! Hit me up if you want more info and any other herbal goodness advice.

    Thanks. Yeah, we had to play it on Friday, and boogie to try and beat the storm. We didn't get to check out Lemon Bay either :( Next year. Got to the middle of Nebraska today and the radiator blew out. Stuck here til monday, But plenty of DG near by!

    Mondays are usually full up for me. I usually take Tuesdays as my "off" day.
    How does April 25th look for you. Its the only Saturday I have open until mid May. Id be up for France Park LL or even Sowemi. Im getting this unhealthy desire to play Sowemi SOON.
