I started playing disc golf in June 2017 with my dad. It took a few months for it to grab hold, but once it did, I never looked back! I only wish I could have discovered this sport earlier than I did.

I am an easy-going player who straddles the line between recreational and intermediate. I almost always play with an orange hat on my head all year `round. Competitively, I've been participating in tournaments since July 2019, but I think I care more about meeting people and playing courses that I've never been to more than the actual competition. (That doesn't mean I don't want to win, though!)

Beyond disc golf, I've got quite a few interests. Most notably I love to write. That's the whole reason why I'm here. Give my reviews a glance for examples of what my formal writing can look like. In addition, I enjoy boardgames, computer games, drawing, astronomy and enjoying a beer or three on the weekends.
