Ty Warner Park is not a disc golf course. It's four baskets that can kind of be played like one though. In reality it's just a practice area.

The baskets are Mach's of some kind. It says Mach V's on here. I'm not sure if that's actually what they were though. It is possible, either way they were all in good shape and caught fine.

The baskets are all located next to the parking area in an open area with nothing in the way. There's the slightest bit of elevation near one of the baskets but it's basically flat for all practical purposes.

There's nothing else activitywise where the baskets are so there'll be no other interference if you decide to throw here.

It's just four baskets in a field. No tee pads or signs. Not a course.

A sidewalk can come into play if you get a little too aggressive behind one of the pins.

Not much else, it is what it is.

If you happen to be near here it's a decent little set up for practicing upshots or putting. Not long enough to practice drives. This is one of those deals where you just wonder "why?". Basically just a waste of baskets.

- This is indeed a practice area, in a small portion of the park. Four baskets, some on small hills and another next to some thick rough. Baskets are set up in a more or less rectangular pattern, varying from roughly 125'-200' away from each other.
- Very good baskets, no tees, signs, or anything else.

- Just a practice area, it is a stretch to call this a course. You could try to invent some sort of layout, but it's not going to be anything special.

- Good place to work on some putt and approach game; a few little hills add some character. Expecting anything more will lead to great disappointment.

This isn't really a course, it's just 4 baskets set up as a practice area in a park. For what it is, this park is pretty nice. There are 4 baskets in great shape that catch well. One basket is on a really slight mound, so there's some roll away possibility. There are 6 different distances from basket to basket you can throw throw, a couple of which bring a few trees or some long grass rough into play If you get creative you can make some shots that bring the trees into play as obstacles rather than just being off to one side. The park is nicely taken care of, with no trash or vandalism.

I rate all courses on the same scale, if I was rating practice areas alone this one is pretty good. There are no tees, and all the possible shots between baskets are wide open in a pretty boring field, and there are limited opportunities to make more interesting shots here. It's a good place to work on shorter shots and putting, but it's not going to help you work on shaping lines, and it doesn't have room for longer drives.

This is definitely a practice area, which is cool to see. I would love to see more parks that don't have the land for a full course putting in a few baskets like this for experienced players to practice, and for the general public to get more exposure to the sport. Don't go out of your way to "play" this one, but if you want a place to putt or work on approaches without being in the way on a course this is a good option.
