Great Course
It's worth taking a day to check it out, a hidden gem for sure! Great views overlooking the city of Reno. The course itself is fantastic and the holes were a lot of fun to play.
Rough terrain, loose gravel, expect to take a few spills. Totally worth it though!
It's a long round, so...
Any tips on discs to use when playing at 5800 feet? I've heard using lighter discs works better, but I'm not really sure. I mainly use a 168 destroyer and a 169 wraith.

Mosquito Redesign
The new layout of the Finnon Lake course is amazing. Not one hole is the same if you have played it previously. It went from par 54 last weekend to a new and improved par 63?? Many more elevations changes and a much more difficult course.
Just follow the orange flags all...

Long Course
The course is long, but not too difficult. It has a few signature holes that we refer to as "the cliff holes." Those holes have some really nice views of Chico and the Buttes.
No trash cans, no tee pads, no baskets (poles), spray painted signage, limited benches, A little boring...

I miss Apple
The people, scenery, and the course are all top notch. I would play there every day if I lived in the north bay, it's just that good. Almost all cement tee pads now, bathrooms, drinking fountain, picnic tables, benches, and a practice basket. Hungry fish swimming in the lake...

Rocktown

They have each of the...

No crowds, nice elevation changes, some challenging holes, many easy holes. I finished 6 under my first time there.
No signs. You better have a map!!! You will refer to it on almost every hole.
There's a lot of trash on the course, which I didn't expect from the Aptos/Santa Cruz community...

Auburn
Concrete tee pads, signs with pin placements, and bathrooms. A lot of different shots needed to have a good round. Very friendly locals.
It can be a little tricky to find your way around, if you don't have a map.
I really like playing this course. Definitely worth checking out on...

Oroville North
Concrete tee pads, signs, trash cans, picnic tables, benches, bathrooms, and playground for kids, Riverbend park is on the river, but they have a couple of ponds for fishing as well.
#16 is a disaster right now, that must be where they are putting the soccer field in. There...

Oroville gem
Pretty well marked, concrete tee pads, signs, trash cans, benches. The course is technical and I always have fun playing it. Not too crowded, and the people out there are always nice. Everyone is always helping each other find their discs.
Could be a little better marked, but...

Very technical and challenging course. Well marked, they have a dial for the pin placements, and maps on every tee. Concrete tee pads, bathrooms, trash cans, benches. A couple of practice baskets. It is a wonderful course...but the people suck.
The people suck. I am from Sac, and...

Short Course
Great course for novice to intermediate players. I think I may be impartial to it though, because it was the place I got my first ace at. Every hole on the short course is about 200-250 feet with the exception of #'s 16 and 18 which are a little longer. Great for shorter...
