Pro Divisions: Open Men, Open Women, Masters, and Grand Masters -- Entry Fees: $60
Am Divisions: Advanced Men, Women, Masters, Intermediate Men, Rec. and Juniors -- Entry Fees: $50
All current PDGA members will receive a $10 discount.
Ladies & Juniors will receive a $5 discount.
All players whose registration is received by September 7, 2012 will be entered in a raffle for a FREE BASKET and can take a $5 discount on their entry fee.
EVERY PLAYER WILL RECEIVE A PLAYER'S PACKAGE.
At least two division winners will win a basket. There will also be CTP, Putting, and Distance competitions.
100%+ PAYOUT FOR ALL DIVISIONS!!
Day of Registration and check-in starts at 8:30 and ends at 9:30. Players meeting at 9:40 and the first round will start at 10:00. Three rounds with a staggered start for round three in all divisions.
Camping is available less then 15 minutes from the course at Paradise Lake.

Players may receive a 100% refund of entry fee until Sep. 7th. From Sep. 8th until Sep. 17th a 50% refund along with a player's pack will be given. Zero percent refund and a player pack after the 17th.
