Backhand form FIXES and help!

So I've had the same issues for years now and I still have yet to find any advice that helps me fix the issues. Clearly my x step is too big, and even when I think I'm taking small steps, I'm not.

I'm obviously rounding also, and I don't seem to be getting in the power pocket properly.

I would greatly appreciate any drills that can help me. It's really starting to make the game frustrating by not being able to correct things.

I think your x-step length is fine, but you get into some funky chicken posture and turn back and forth too quick/early which also causes the rounding/hugging yourself.

Other main issue is you are swinging downward with the disc nose up.

Best to work on issues from standstill though.
