Looking for help with form. Feeling stuck

Lately I feel like I've hit a plateau with my distance. On decent throws, I can hit 330-350 but rarely can push past that. Does anyone have any advice? It feels like my front foot is coming off the ground when I throw which doesn't seem right to me. Has anyone else had this issue before? Is there any advice that I can use to fix that?
 
Your vertical pattern is backwards and losing compression against the ground and fighting gravity. You want to pump/compress the ground into the throw like skateboarding in a half pipe or standing on a swing set and pumping your legs to swing higher. Stop crouching in the x-step and get taller on your rear leg/xstep(or hop over rear leg) and fall into the plant using gravity to accelerate like young Lizotte below.
