Yeah, I love putting with Destroyers too. Man oh man, where to begin, guess we'll start with the putters and move up.

You have a very 2 dimensional putter. You need something less stable to at least back that up Rhyno up if you're going to put with a brick.

Roc is really the only good disc in your bag, heh.

You have no line shaping disc other than the Rocs. Your fairways are non-existent other than the Leo.
What does the Sidewinder and Monarch do that the Leo can't? Does anyone need more than 1-2 Wraiths? I understand carrying one, but there isn't anything they'll do you couldn't achieve with just one, or maybe two. Really just one. Again, four Destroyers? Really? Why a Boss, Xcal and a Flick?

I'd just like to say, I'm not sure where you play, but this setup really doesn't achieve anything but tell me you've got a ton of form issues. Your putters are 2 dimensional with nearly every other mold you have in your bag. The Roc is the only thing that sticks out to me that says it can stand on it's own and perform.

Like I said, you need a finesse putter to work those anny line putts to at the least compliment the Rhyno, or replace that brick altogether.
You also need a versatile fairway mold. Anything from Cyclone, Gazelle, TL, Eagle X, PD, Teebird, Avenger, will fit that role. Keep the Leo or Sidewinder if you want, but drop the Monarch and one of those two you don't choose. (Leo or sidewinder.) Then keep the a Wraith, or Destroyer if you get one of those versatile fairway molds you really won't need but one or the other as it'll be your distance disc.

Then I would say keep the Flick for over stable duties. I don't know what you use these molds for, but it would be better to drop all three of these molds, Boss, Flick, and Xcal and get a Firebird or xXx or a Predator. There is nothing those molds can't do that one of those three can't fill for you. There are probably a lot of things I missed in this, as you have a whole lot of stuff that overlaps, and a bunch of holes that need to be filled.

Kind of high speed driver dominate. I would drop a could of destroyers. For a solid all around driver I would suggest a TL. I have had excellent luck with this the last year from shorter controlled shots to even distance driving situations. An Aviar does accomplish quiet a bit as well from approaches to teeshots and putting. Just my thoughts.
