A question does your local disc golf club collect money for the club from every person that plays in your local events? For example $1 from the entry goes to the club.

yeah, our $5 random draw doubles has a buck going into the ace pot, one to the club, and 3 to the payout.

Mostly. $1 per person at club-run events, because there are local events run by individuals, too. It's a big source of revenue for us.

Our $5 fee for our singles and doubles leagues is split as follows: $3 to payout, $1 to club general fund, and $1 to 'competition fund,' which helps increase the purse at our largest annual tourney.

Ace pool (/fund) is an optional extra dollar, and club non-members (or more likely members who are not current on their dues) pay an additional dollar toward the general club funds.

We also have an optional birdie pool and an optional bogey-free pool at singles handicap leagues that cost $1 each to enter. A visiting player (non-member) who has already established a handicap and is 'in' everything in a singles round could pay as much as $9.
$3 to payout
$1 to club general fund
$1 additional to club general fund for not being a member
$1 to Competition fund
$1 to Ace pool
$1 to Bogey-free pool
$1 to Birdie pool
------
$9 Total

Most players just pay $5-$6 depending on if they want in the Ace fund.

For every game our club runs, we charge non-members $1. Members don't pay, but membership fees give the club $25 profit (the are $40- we give $15 worth of merchandise).

KC Club Dues are $20 for the year, but if you aren't a member you pay an extra dollar at leagues ($5 to $6).

ours(La Mirada) is :novice- free, intermediate- $6, advanced-$9, open- $12. or something close to that. ace pot is a dollar optional on yop of that. but anyone can play down to novice if you don't want to pay, so we get a lot of low novice scores from week to week. someone correct me if im wrong, please.

im not sure what percentage goes to what though. right now club has kind of went stagnate on emails.

Local club brings in $1/player per league round, member or not. Sells bag tags at $10 each.
Statewide organization is $30/year (includes disc, shirt, a couple free meals). Takes $2 per entry for every player at every event on tour, member or not.

Our weekly leagues (we have 3 events a week) collects $1 per player per event. We usually do $1 for ace pot (seperate pot per event) and $5 to pay out. Some TDs collect for a CTP as well. People seem to like it. We sell memberships, including a Club stamped Mini, bag tag, and perks at area merchants for $20, which covers our liability insurance. League fees are used to offset tournament up-front expenses and course maintenance/upgrades.

$20.00 to join our club gets you a DX Disc and a Bag tag for that year.
$10.00 to renew each year gets you that years bag tag
our monthly singles is $5 for rec, $8 for am and $9 for Pro with $1.00 of each entry going to the "Course Maintenance fee"
we don't make any money on doubles at this point.
We also make half the ace pool once the ace pool hits $100.00. Once the ace pool reaches $100.00 and we have 10 people pay the buck to get in $5 goes to the club $5 goes to the ace.

Here in OV for new members its $30 and you get a bag tag and a Champion Glow Max.
Renew its $15 and you get a bag tag. Club members get $1 off a new disc at final 9 sports.
Our doubles are $7 for members and $8 for non member $5 going to the payout and $1 for the acepot the other dollar or two goes to the club.

Yes, and in two ways.

For league we are proposing a change to our payouts. Entry will be $5, with $1 to ace pool, $1 to club, $1 to a year end special event, and $2 to the daily payout.

For a traveling series across the region we collect $5 per person at other tournaments and you can accumulate points based on your finishes and qualify for a year-end event and other prizes organized by our club.
