OK... imagine your friend breaks his leg by tripping himself on a drive. He recovers and returns to the DG league, but you randomly joke around about dedicating the new, nearby walking bridge to him. You wait a whole five years... and do a ceremony with a real road sign and a tacky, fake news report that you share with everyone. Plus he sees the video for the first time in his department's staff meeting.
