Unfortunate, but you would think the manufacturers would push for it...but then NIKE(already has)....and many others would pick it up, and the small guys would be out of money....i.e. innova, discraft, and any under them.

Another issue may be the differences between US and Japan. Would the IOC limit disc weights to 150 to suit the Japanese?
