Both of your first throws had your rear arm dragging, but your second one had the rear arm leading - much better!

Looks like you are trying to force yourself to stay on your rear tippy toes too much. It's fine for the rear heel to be on the ground especially when moving slower, helps stability and moving the rear hip back.

Yes, but I'd rather see you work on the standstill figure 8, no x-step. Rear heel on ground. You are turned too backwards in your x-step and too much on your toes.
