Currently maxing out at 370-390. Feel like I'm doing pretty much everything wrong in my form so looking for critique and drills to improve.

Hole 3 at Epilä discgolfpark 106m/347ft. -1m/-3ft elevation change.

These were shots where I wasn't trying to rip it but throw smooth. All the ones that didn't slip were within circle 1.

These ones I was trying to throw harder. First one slipped, second one went about 30ft long.

Now that I look at my videos again I can see that the weight shift/crush the can moment isn't really that smooth, thanks for the advice. I think I might've started to try and shift the weight back in the backswing because I used to always be far too forward on the top of the front leg and ended up going over the brace for god knows how long so I pretty obsessively was focused in trying to stay back and not go over.
